SUMMER PROGRAMS

Traditional Indigenous Cooking

Do you know who the three sisters are? Corns, beans and squash! They are traditionally grown together on big mounds of earth, and they are cooked together too, into a yummy stew. Come try it with us!

Our EarlyON mobile programming will provide parents/caregivers with children 0-6 year, and their older siblings opportunities to build a relationship with our food, land, plants and animals across the city of Toronto. In our cooking programs, families will:

Learn how to cook using Traditional Indigenous Foods

Build hands-on cooking skills for adults and kids
