Ojibiikaan is an Indigenous-led nonprofit offering land, food and culture based programming in Toronto.

Aanii Friends! Ojibiikaan and NCCT invite you to j Aanii Friends! Ojibiikaan and NCCT invite you to join us for our Opening Garden Ceremony at Crawford Lake! On this trip we will be joined by Elder Kitty Lynn Lickers and Knowledge Keepers Viola Day and Adrienne Xavier for our yearly Garden Opening ceremony and  Sacred Fire. Lunch and snacks from Honeys Catering will be provided.  This program is open to First Nations , Metis and Inuit families and caregivers with children 0-6 in the GTA only. Learn about different products , medicines and practices to support your moontime health rooted in Indigenous understandings. To our non-Indigenous kin – we encourage you to take some time today to listen to Indigenous voices and do your own research about this epidemic that’s sweeping through Indigenous communities
